Macbook pros did get the led update just recently. The macbooks have a bigger chance IMO of getting a revision. If you look at the trend, all the apple computers are switching to the brushed aluminum casings.

Apple can only deliver so many major updates in a year. This time around, the iPhone and the iMac and the MacBook stay the same – as it’s the year of the MacBook Pro series (which hasn’t had a design update since 2003)
There will be other big announcements. But don’t get over-heated – the announced iPhone updates will all be software-centric.

To go through some of things that people have suggested…
3G iPhone – not going to happen. Jobs has already said it’ll be towards the end of the year.
Copy and paste – not in 1.1.3
GPS – Not going to happen. Too much impact on battery life.
MacBook tablet – not going to happen, ever. Period.
Some people get their hopes up so high for keynotes and want things that Apple couldn’t possibly deliver. Apple makes great products. It doesn’t make miracles.

This keynote outline is a joke. If Jobs delivered this boatload of uninteresting crap, Apple stock would drop 20 bucks a share and people would start calling him John Sculley or the second coming of Gil Amelio.
Let’s be straight here. If nothing else Jobs and people inside Apple read the stories on the internet and know that iPhone users for example are expecting and wanting much more than this lackluster list of under-achievements. Apple is known for unveiling the unexpected and exceeding expectations and this would be a total let down.
What about 3G connectivity for the iPhone? What about copy and paste and the GPS additions to Google maps? What about the widely discussed MacBook tablet or touch screen interface Jobs has been saying is the future for all Apple products? What about much hinted at movie rentals off the iTunes? What about the much needed improvements to Mac mini and AppleTV products that will die on the vine is nothing is done?
If something like these things don’t get revealed next week — the guy should get booed off the stage. But Jobs isn’t as stupid as the person writing this list. He knows he has a show to put on and one filled with innovation, surprise, and insanely great new products.
That’s why I cannot believe it for a second.

This is almost certainly fake. “Completely Aluminium?” what kind of a stupid phrase is that?
And why would Apple switch from the slot-loading drives they have had on all machines for years and years, back to a drawer-type DVD drive? Even if they did for reasons of space, why the hell would anyone devote an entire bullet point in a keynote to that fact?
No to mention no mention of any of the anticipated products from all the other rumours like AppleTV revision, Video rentals, new sub-notebook and new iPhone.
Why release the MacPros ahead of MacWorld if you have no new products to announce? Adding a memory chip to the iPhone and making the MacBook aluminium are both minor revisions, not new products.

I would say the fact that this info came from Wikipedia engenders quite a bit of skepticism.
