There’s an excellent piece in the Register about Penguin and the great katie.com hijack, the everyday tale of how a large corporation is using strong-arm tactics to attempt to hijack someone else’s property. That this involves a lawyer, allegedly working for the author of the book “Katie.com” pressuring a woman who’s recently given birth, it’s particularly odious.
