Orlowski Vs. The Bloggers, pt 777

Andy Orlowski’s latest piece links blogging with the techno-utopian twaddle that was typical of the Wired ethos from a few years ago. He’s managed to put into words what has been eating at me about much of the talk about blogging. I’ve long had problems with the techno-evangelists – see the piece I wrote for Rewired in 1997, for example – and Andy puts his finger on what it’s irksome about the current wave too.
