Another couple of recommends for today are Chronos Organizer, and Aquaminds Notetaker 2003. Organizer is a very good personal information manager that includes just about every feature you could possibly want, including gems like the ability to mark a to do as assigned to someone else, and a journal system that is actually a complete, fully functional word processor (and that can save as RTF).
Notetaker is the best notes system I’ve seen on any platform – kind of like OneNote for Windows, but here now and working on a Mac. It’s a little pricey, but if taking notes is vital to your daily routine then it’s essential.
